So just bought 4 bubble teas at the North Road location took them home and started in on my Calpis Green Apple slush half pearl half Coconut jelly. Got about a quarter the way through took in a mouth full and then it happened CRUNCH!!!!!!! I knew right away it was not normal not something frozen my wife got a red bean but nope this was not red bean! Instant spit out and there his head was staring up at me with his eyes still in tact and his leg hanging from what was left from his torso. A HUGE UGLY BEATLES HEAD!!!! I know most likely that the pearls were not made on site however after the phone call into the store this story takes an even worse turn! They were not surprised this did not faze them whatsoever they made this to be a huge inconvenience and I was wasting their time on a busy Saturday night to call them and complain about a little bug. I guess the employees at Bubble world deem it normal to get bugs in a drink! Well it's a good thing I am not a vegetarian!!!! The biggest problem here is the customer service after-wards they tried to turn it and make it my fault for drinking the drink.... Get this I HAD TO ASK FOR AN APOLOGY and after I did what was his response... Get this.... I WILL APOLOGIZE AFTER I SEE THE BEETLES HEAD!!!!!!!!!!! Well you will see the Beetle head Bubble World with my Attorney on my right hand side!!!!! All you had to do was apologize for the BUG In my drink but because Bubble World has no idea what customer service is THIS IS WAR BUBBLE WORLD!!!!!!!!! ..More Reviews
