Sui Sha Ya Japanese Restaurant

My husband and I have dined there many times. At first we called it our hidden treasure. All you can eat for about 12 dollars...And we can eat alot of their food. The service has always been great. The trick is know what you want and be precise. It is a very busy restaurant so those who dilly dally will be sad..go to Dennys then. Only one bathroom and very clean. And I am a very picky eater.

This is the best run Sui Sha Ya of all of the chains. Management and staff are excellent, food comes out promptly, and if service is bad, perhaps you should try to tip the waiters who work very hard putting in numerous orders for the same table. Food is delicious and cheap. No complaints whatsoever

While dining at Sui shi Ya I recieved the most disrespectful service possible. I did not want to order the all you can eat menu due to dietry restrictions & the restraunt said I must sit at a different table away from my party. They basically are pressuring you to spend $19 in order to dine with your company. When I called to complain and address my concerns the manger laughed at me and said we recieve many complaints on this matter and will not make any exceptions as we do not trust our customers

BAD SERVICE, THATS ALL I CAN SAY

I have been going to this restaurant for years. I love the reno's! The food is always good. The service isn't too bad. Sometimes you have to wait a little bit but usually not too bad.

The food is alright. Not terrible but not the greatest either. The service is TERRIBLE and the staff is rude. You need to pull teeth to get attention. However it's really cheap!

very bad food and service the last time i went there sushi rice was uncooked very well and takes too long to get your order ,and you never get the amount you want like if your order 10 sushi you get 6 ,,,,,,,,

The quality of the food is very good, but be prepared to get bad service. They have a policy that if anyone is having the all-you-can-eat at your table, everyone has to order it. My boyfriend and I tried to avoid this by sitting at the sushi bar as I rarel order the all-you-can-eat it took us a waiter, front-end manager and then the general manager to finally be able to dine together, and even then, he suggested that if we had this problem perhaps we should dine elsewhere. We finally convinced them that it would be a problem but we were forced to sit one seat apart and do seperate billing. Ever since that we have had extremely poor service.

Overall very good food standard and excellent ambiance and interior design.
All you can eat sushi in 1.5hours is a good deal, espeacilly since the portions are smaller and the menu is extensive. Best if you have 3 or 4 persons to share with so you can try more items.

Excellent. Beautiful atmosphere since their renovations. Top quality food. Would highly recommend anyone to eat here.
