I used to work at this McDonalds- I have worked graveyard, daytime, afternoon.. I can promise that they would never do that. Maybe you are thinking of another McDonalds (Clarke Rd McDonalds is just up the road!), but I suggest you do your homework before criticizing a place that I know does their BEST to serve people. )
Every time I have gone to this McDonalds I have had some sort of problem with the exception of the morning crew who are always happy and very helpful. I think the fact that this is a privately owned McDonalds has had a negative impact on the service. Two thumbs down.
Worst, rudest service of my life! Myself, another girl, and the designated driver drove through the drive through and asked for three separate orders around 1240 am on oct. 31.. They would not let us do the separate orders saying it would slow down the drive through and there was NO ONE behind us at this scum bucket mcdonalds. So we turned around and said thanks.. You don't get our money and enjoy your crackheads for the night. No apologies. No nothing.
I have found the service very slow at the Burquitlam McDonald's Every time that I have gone there, The service has been very poor. The McDonald's on Austin Avenue in Coquitlam is one hundred percent better in service . The drive through is always quick , the food is always hot, and the staff are always friendly and helpfull.
i used to work at this McDs and i suggest people not to visit them for food. one of my coworkers had a open wound that was running and he made sandwiches (the burgers) without any gloves on. also not to mention the amount of times people forget to wash their hands after the washroom
I HAVE GONE THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH TWICE NOW AND THIS LOCATION HAS SCREWED UP OUR ORDER, THE MOST RECENT WAS TONIGHT. WE ORDERED A VERY LARGE ORDER AND THE QUARTER POUNDER WAS A SINGLE. NOT A DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDER AS ORDERED. WHEN WE GOT HOME WE NOTICED THIS MISTAKE AND CALLED IT IN ORDER IN. THE LADY SAID THEY PUNCHED INTO THEIR COMPUTER A SINGLE NOT A DOUBLE AND DID NOT OFFER TO FIX THE SITUATION. AS WELL THEY DID NOT GIVE US STRAWS FOR OUR DRINKS. WE HAVE NEVER OPRDERED A SIGLE QUARTER POUNDER AND BOTH CHEESEBURGERS WERE DOUBLE SO WHY WOULD WE ARDER A SINLE? ANYWAY A REAL PISS OFF AS THIS HAS NOT BEEN THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED!! THE FIRST TIME THE STAFF DID FIX THE MISTAKE -HOWEVER THIS TIME COMPLETLY POOR SERVICE AND IT TOTALLY RUINED DINNER FOR US. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WELL BELOW POOR...
