well i think the crew are hard working there and i know they mess up some times but they try really hard to get it right and get u your food fast
My son and I ordered two Big Mac Meals thru the drive thru. we live not even 5 mins. away. When we arrived home and opened the bag , we first noticed that the container holding the fries was half
horrible they argue an debate with customers they dont keep the line movin n r picky bout the 10 cents a sauce,when they got attitudes,n take there time, should b free! young an old attitude adjustment should b done at that location. N after complaining i didn't even get an offer of anything. Hey im fed up with the fast food min. wage attitudes these days(dont get unless u ask)maybe thats a change i missed but far as i knew people should b more respectful
This location seems to have a lot of trouble keeping staff. I am a frequent morning customer and they just get one person trained to a reasonable level of competence and you never see them again. This morning I was short changed 15 dollars when I paid 20.80 for a 4.80 bill and they were so confused with 3 people dealing with the order at the window I drove off before I realized they had not given me my change. I also could not find their number when I got to work in North Van.Now I see they have opened their store 24 hours... oh yay, every morning the garbage is strewn all over the lot, clearly they are understaffed.
I could not find any where to complain, so here it is. I went through the drive through at Lougheed and Austin at about 715 pm Wednesday.There was about a 10 car line up with only window opened.We waited more then a 1/2 hour to get to the window. Once you are in the line you can't leave.Once we ordered they had no pies and they were rude as hell.She said move into a stall, we said just give us our food, She got mad and brought our food about 15 seconds later and threw it into our window.She was a young blond girl who should be fired.I have being going there for last 12 years. sincerely Yours Terry Pastro
