If you want beef jerky, you can order a medium rare prime rib dinner on the weekend, their cook in the kitchen can not tell what is rare, medium rare or well done. I ordered a rare and even emphasized to have a piece as rare as possible. The cashier said they only had medium rare left. I accepted. They called our number and to my surprise I found a well done prime rib on the plate. I gave them a benefit of a doubt, cut out a portion and it was completely well cooked. Asked them to see if anything can be done, but a chef came out and repeatedly said they only had medium well left. I am appalled to see them serve a dried slab of meat and deem it acceptable to be served as a medium rare. As a long time customer, I am highly disappointed. ..More Reviews
