Recommended - Nice, clean restaurant, excellent food, great ambiance, absolutely gorgeous. Food - very delicious, always very fresh, big portions. My favourite dish is chicken santorini and my husband's favorite dish is lamb souvlaki. Also, we highly recommend their kalamari. Personally, I think that this is the best Greek restaurant - if not overall restaurant - in town. In general, it is very hard for us to change our orders because of the incredible taste and quality of the fantastic dishes mentioned above. However, we have also tried the chicken souvlaki and roast lamb, which were also amazing. Honestly, there are no words to explain their taste because "great" or "delicious" is simply not enough. Our children (who are all adults now) and all the friends we have brought with us to the restaurant all share the same opinion as we do. I'm 100% sure that My Greek Taverna at Brunette Ave in Coquitlam is one of the best in town and, as a result, we recommend it for anyone who likes good, prepared food, and a clean and wonderful atmosphere. Service - is always attentive, very friendly. Ambiance and value - the prices seem very reasonable, especially considering the generous portions they provide. The place is beautiful decorated and makes you feel like you are in a restaurant in Thessalloniki or Athens. Best of all, it's much cheaper than a flight!z ..More Reviews
