Before heading to this store i thought i would give them a call to confirm that they carry some products that i needed. When the phone was picked up not only was it answered in russian only when i asked my question in english all i got for a reply is "Come store please". I do understand that we live in a multi-cultral country and that not everyone speaks perfect english however, i would atleast expect the sales associates to be able to answer questions about their products. This really frustrated me! It makes it very complicated to travel a ways and not be able to communicate. ..More Reviews
